I have had neck surgery for a pinched nerve, and,still have days,that my neck hurts, causing me headaches. I purchased the Gideon cervical neck traction device to see if it might help. I put it on while watching TV, and then just sit back and relax. Word of advice, only pump it up until you feel a gentle stretch on your neck. You don't want to overstretch your neck and cause other problems. I can'tell say that the traction device helps my headaches, but it does relieve some of the strain from my neck, and from the top of my shoulders.
