As we've only used the FitLife Nordic walking poles once, I am writing this review on that use. Hubby and I like to hike with the grandsons. I like that I was able to adjust the height of the poles to fit the height of the boys. We had no issues with the poles during our hike.
I did read the reviews before I purchased the hiking poles. There are good and bad reviews. I am glad I purchased them. The grandsons love them.
