We live in West Texas, and we have Grackles everywhere! Remember the old movie "The Birds"? That's what it's like in the evenings around here. You can't park anywhere without getting bird poop all over your vehicle. At dusk every evening, they fly overhead, and you don't want to be outside when they do, or you may get bombed. They love to eat my dog's food, and drink from the dog's waterbowl. We have chased them, shot at them, yelled at them, and nothing seems to bother them. We can't sit outside at our picnic table without scrubbing it first, because they will poop all over it.
I purchased the Hoont Owl Scarecrow to see if it would help the problem. It arrived very quickly after ordering. To operate, just install 2 rechargeable AA batteries, and then mount the Owl in the area that you want to scare the birds. It needs to be in an area that it will get about 8 hours of sunlight a day, so that the solar panels will charge.
The owl is motion-sensored. Whenever something gets within a couple of feet, the eyes start flashing, and the Owl hoots. So far, it has my Chihuahuas scared. The birds have slowed down in the back yard, but are not completely gone. I guess that is better than what we have been dealing with. And an added plus, I haven't seen the neighbor's cat over pestering my dogs, so I guess he doesn't like the Owl either!
We used the Owl as part of our Halloween decorations, and the kids loved it!
All in all, I give the Hoont Owl a good 4 star rating.

I have 3 grandsons, ages 8, 7, and 3, that love to write notes, draw pictures, and just doodle sometimes. Problem is, the 3-year old forgets what he's allowed to draw on sometimes. When I saw the BIGTHING adhesive chalkboard panel, I thought of him right away.
The chalkboard roll is marked on the back so that it's easy to cut pieces and place them just about anywhere you want to. I plan on cutting a piece to fit the front of my fridge, and another piece to fit on a section of wall. Once in place, the boys can draw to their heart's delight.
The kit comes with sticks of chalk, and an eraser. The description states that chalk pens can also be used with this board. I don't know that I will be using chalk pens. They don't erase easily. But I will be buying extra chalk in multiple colors, so that they can color whatever happens to cross their minds.
The more chances you give a small child to use their minds to express themselves, the more they grow. Coloring and doodling encourages mind growth. This chalkboard roll and chalk gives my grandsons free rein with their imagination.

My son and his girlfriend live in an RV, and she has been looking for some solar lights to put on the awning over the door, to light the area up, as well as look pretty. When I was offered a chance to review the Qedertek Fairy Blossom Flower solar lights, I immediately thought of her, so I ordered them.
The lights arrived quickly, packaged in a small box. After taking the lights out of the box, I placed the lights on my front porch, where the solar panel would catch the sunlight and charge. I left them outside for about 6 hours. When I flipped the switch on the solar panel on, the lights lit up. Oh, they are so pretty! I like the multiple colors, and the flowers could be used for any season, or for no season at all. You could easily put these in a glass jar, and place the solar panel where it could get sunlight, and you would have a pretty outdoor table decoration.
The length of the lights is 21ft, long enough to go all the way around their awning and down both support posts. This length probably wouldn't be enough to go around a regular porch at home, but since I got them for an RV, I am ok with the length. They don't put out a lot of light, but it is just enough to enjoy sitting out under them. At least, by not being too bright, they didn't attract a lot of bugs. I would have liked for them to be a bit brighter. The lights can be set to come on automatically at dusk, or you can just turn them on whenever you want to use them.
I have read other reviews, and there are several stating that the batteries have not lasted long in this product. I hope she doesn't have this problem with them.

My son is a Mechanic, and sometimes has to work on cars in the cold and darkness. I don't know how many times he's come home with frozen ears from having to load a car on a trailer at night to get it back to the shop.
When I saw a chance to review the TitanOPS 5-LED light knit beanie, I knew this was something he could really use. No only would it help keep his head and ears warm, but it will provide extra hands-free lighting when he's working on the vehicle. The beanie arrived quickly after I ordered it. The batteries were included for the light. To turn it on, simply flip the switch on the box.
My son has a large head, so the beanie fits tight on him, but for a normal-sized person, it would be just right. The LED lights are very bright, as evidenced by the pictures. They are 50 lumens strong, and the description states they have a 40ft range. So far, he's only used the lights looking under a hood, but it really lights that area up.
To wash the beanie, you have to remove the batteries, wash it by hand, and lay it flat to dry. Do not put the batteries back in until it's completely dry.
All in all, I am glad I got this beanie for my son. Now my other son wants one.

We love to decorate for Christmas. Last year, we went camping for Christmas in Abilene State Park. They were allowing campers to decorate for Christmas. We had never seen the laser Christmas lights before then, but several campers had them at their campsites. We loved them. They were so awesome shining through the trees. We said then that we wanted to get a laser light for Christmas this year. So when I saw a chance to get the Wireless Control Laser Christmas Light for Holigoo, I jumped on it. This laser light is awesome, so much better than the ones we saw last year.
The lasers that we saw last year only had one function. Plug them in, and they shined red and green lights. That was it. Nothing else. With the Hoiligoo laser light, you have several options. You can have just red lights, just green lights, or a combination of red and green lights. The light patterns change, and you can speed them up or slow them down. All of this is controlled with a remote control that is included. Also included is a stake to place the laser light on in the yard. The stake is steel which should stand up to being pushed into even the hardest ground. Not plastic like the ones from last year.
We plugged the laser light in inside the house while the grandsons were here, and they loved it. The 3-year old was fascinated, and kept trying to grab the lights on the wall.
You can shine this laser light on your house to light up your house, or do as we plan on doing, shine it on the trees to give the trees a decorated look. The ways to use it are endless. We will be camping again this year for Christmas, and this will be the first decoration put out!

The straps are loop straps, meaning that you thread one end through the nearest loop to the tree, after wrapping the strap around the tree. These type straps don't damage the trees. The carabiners are strong. So far, they've held our combined weight with no problems. The straps are a bit on the short side, so you need to make sure your trees are closer together.
All in all, I am glad that we have added this hammock to our camping gear. It will get lots of use every time we camp.

We love to go camping with the kids and grandkids, and what is camping with a hammock to lay around in? But you can't hang a hammock, if you don't have good, sturdy straps to hang it with. We've bought several cheap straps through the years, only to have them last maybe a summer before they decayed.
I purchased these hammock straps by foris to go with a new hammock that I just recently purchased. We will be going camping this weekend, and these straps will be put to the test! There will be adults, and kids, crawling in and out of the hammock.
These straps are capable of holding up to 400lbs. They are 15ft long, and have multiple loops to fit around multiple width trees. The description states they will not stretch out of shape. We shall see. To use the straps, you simply wrap the strap around the tree, then slip the end through the loop closest to the tree. That's it. No knotting needed. You will have to add some heavy-duty carabiners to the hammock to hook to the straps, but these can be bought at any Sporting Goods store.
I can't wait to test these straps out, and will update this review afterwards.

My husband LOVES to decorate for Halloween. He is always looking for something new to add to his horrors.....err....decorations. When I saw this cool Skeleton Ghost, from Prextex, I knew it would be a great addition to his already large collection.
This ghoul is so cool, with his glowing red eyes and voice activation. He can be hung anywhere, and is sure to make a body jump in fright. He's about 25 inches long, if you count the length of his tattered clothing. His arms are shackled and chained, and these rattle when he moves.
To operate, just install three AA batteries (not included), and he starts moaning and talking, yelling "Get me out of here", along with other phrases. He is made of pkastic, but it's a hard plastic, not flimsy. With proper care, he should provide plenty of Halloween scares.

My grandson is 6 months old. He doesn't have any teeth yet, but he chews anything he can get in his mouth. My daughter-in-law is a Dental Assistant, and knows the importance of starting to brush a child's teeth early, so when I saw a chance to review the baby fingertip toothbrush and the h-shaped chewing type toothbrush, I ordered them for my grandson.
I was afraid that he wouldn't like having his gums brushed, but he actually enjoys it. He just sits still and lets you scrub. He likes the h-shaped one because he can hold it himself, and chews on it a lot. We attached it to his shirt with a pacifier holder so that he has it at his reach.
The toothbrushes are made of BPA-free, FDA-approved 100% silicone. To clean them, put them in a basket on the top shelf of the dishwasher, or wash by hand. With proper care, these should last a while.
I am glad that he will be learning good oral care from a very early age, as his teeth have to last a lifetime.

She has been trying to get him to snorkel with her, but the regular masks seem to scare him. I don't know why. When I saw the Mcoley full face snorkeling mask, I thought maybe this will be the answer to his fear, so I ordered it. I will be sending it to Hawaii for a full review.
The mask arrived in a timely manner, and included a small set of nail care products, as well as a waterproof phone case, which will come in handy when they are snorkeling.
Upon inspection of the mask, I like how the snorkel attaches to the mask. The fit is tight, which it should be, to prevent water from being sucked in at the connection. I tried the mask on, and the silicone lining around the mask makes a good fit to my face, and will for others, too. I like that with this type of mask, you don't have to constantly hold the snorkel in your mouth, and keep your mouth closed tightly to prevent getting water in your mouth. Believe it or not, this gets tiring after a while. I also like that this is a closed end snorkel, which means that you can actually dive deeper, the snorkel will close, and water will not enter the snorkel, or your mouth. when you surface, just breath out, and the top opens again. I have read the other reviews, and some state that you can't get as much air in with this mask as you can with a regular snorkel. We shall see.
Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot give you a review of how this mask actually performs in the water. I will update this review when I hear more from my daughter.

I don't have any place to store my broom and mop, such as a pantry. I have an old house that was not built with that type of luxury, so my broom and mop stand beside the washing machine all the time. they are in the way there, but I haven't had any other choice, until now. I now have the KingTop broom and mop holder attached to my wall behind the washing machine. This keeps both of them, and the dustpan, out of the floor, and out of my way. There is room on here for 3 items, such as brooms and mops, and there are 4 hooks that you can hang other things on, like the dustpan, or dusting brush. It sure is nice to have things organized in one space, without tripping over them all the time. My mop dries out faster too, than when it is just sitting on the floor. The storage rack included the needed screws and anchors to hang it. All my husband needed was his drill and a bit, but a regular screwdriver would have worked, also. He had it up in about 5 minutes, once I figured out where I wanted it. Make sure that if you are going to hang anything very heavy from this storage rack, that you screw into a stud for added security. Otherwise, the weight of the items on it may pull it off the sheetrock. The broom and mop just pop into the grooves with gentle pressure, and are held tight until I need them again. This storage rack could easily be used in a gardening shed or a tool shed, also.

The screen magnifier arrived quickly. Upon opening, I thought there was no way this thing was going to help me see my screen better. But it does. The screen magnifier is very easy to use. Just unfold, set your phone against the back wall, and start watching your phone. I pulled the phone out past the edge several times to prove that the picture was actually being magnified by the screen. It makes a lot of difference.
The only thing that I would like to see different on this magnifier would be to somehow add sides so, that when I am sitting in my recliner using it, and I move, the phone doesn't slide out. When sitting at the table, this isn't a problem.
I like that I can just fold the screen magnifier up, pop it in my purse, and take it with me wherever I am going. It's not big and bulky, and it has a nice look to it. To use the lighter, charge it first for a couple of hours. Then to light the coil, just pull down on the button on the front of the lighter. The coil lights automatically and quickly. As soon as you let off the switch, the coil shuts off. Do not touch this coil with your finger. It will burn you. This lighter probably wouldn't light a cigar, as the coil is small, but it is just the right size to light a cigarette, which is what I got it for. Best of all, the wind CANNOT blow it out! HAKE Inflatable Couch Lounger

My daughter and her husband were recently stationed in Hawaii, and when I saw this inflatable couch lounger. I think her and her hubby will love it when laying out on the beach.
The lounger arrived quickly after ordering. When I first opened it, I thought there was no way this think was going to become a lounger. It looks weird. The ends are hard, and I couldn't seem to understand. Since the lounger did not come with any instructions, I decided to pull up a video on YouTube to see how to inflate the lounger.
I took it outside and began spinning around with it. Nothing. Hubby tried. Nothing. THEN I watched a video again, and realized that you only want to inflate one side at a time. OHHH. Now I get it. Done! Blown up like a champ. Still took a bit of swishing around to catch enough air to air it up. Good exercise, I guess. This thing is REALLY comfy to lay in. Unfortunately, if you are a small person, like my 3-year old grandson, you will sink inside it! That was a funny site. For an adult or older child, this is perfect for the beach, camping, or just being lazy in the back yard.
Others have stated that it doesn't hold air very well. Since we didn't leave it blown up very long, I can't vouch for that. I really wish it had come with instructions, though, and was easier to catch air in.

I took it outside and began spinning around with it. Nothing. Hubby tried. Nothing. THEN I watched a video again, and realized that you only want to inflate one side at a time. OHHH. Now I get it. Done! Blown up like a champ. Still took a bit of swishing around to catch enough air to air it up. Good exercise, I guess. This thing is REALLY comfy to lay in. Unfortunately, if you are a small person, like my 3-year old grandson, you will sink inside it! That was a funny site. For an adult or older child, this is perfect for the beach, camping, or just being lazy in the back yard.
Others have stated that it doesn't hold air very well. Since we didn't leave it blown up very long, I can't vouch for that. I really wish it had come with instructions, though, and was easier to catch air in.

I love to serve ice cream to my grandsons for dessert. I have broken numerous plastic ice cream scoops over the years, so when I was offered a chance to review the ice cream scoop by Lessco, I decided that maybe this will be an ice cream scoop I can't break.
The scoop is made of zinc alloy and PVC metal, and the descriptions states that it will not bend or break. We shall see. So far, it is working as described. I have served ice cream twice since receiving it, and it has worked perfectly. I place it in warm water, and them scoop out ice cream balls and put them on the cones for the boys.
I like that the scoop is lightweight. The handle is comfortable in my hand, which is good, because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. Anything that doesn't make my hands hurt is good for me.

My husband carries cold bottled water to work to keep himself hydrated. Unfortunately, in West Texas, nothing stays cold for very long in our summer heat. By lunch, his bottles of water are hot, and he doesn't really like drinking them hot.

It includes a 48" cushioned shoulder strap, making it easy for him to carry it, freeing his hands to carry his tool belt and other stuff.
After putting his waters in, I put a couple of frozen ice packs inside, and his water now stays cold all day long. This makes my hubby a much happier man. Wotmic Compact iPhone 6 Plus Case

My daughter-in-law just purchased the iPhone 6 Plus, and she is HARD on phones. If she doesn't have a case on it, she will break it within a week. She has 4 little boys, and they are just as rough on it as she is, because they like to play games on it, and will fight over it, which usually ends up with it being dropped or thrown.
I got the Wotmic iPhone 6 Plus case for her, so that her phone will be protected from such "accidents". The case arrived quickly. It was very easy to put on her phone. All the buttons of her phone matched up perfectly with the holes in the case. She was still able to plug her charger in without any problems. I like that the case is actually raised just a bit over the front of the phone. That way, if it gets dropped straight down, that should protect the face from scratches.
So far, the boys have dropped the phone a couple of times, with the case on. So far, no damage. If this case can stand up to my grandsons. it's going to be a darn good case.

I ordered the Mantello Dual Arc Lighter for my brother for a gift for his birthday. We live in West Texas, and the wind blows constantly, making it hard to light a cigarette, or anything else, with a regular butane lighter when you are outside. You have to keep turning, and using your body or your hand, which then gets burned, to block the wind to light something outside.
With this dual arc lighter, he won't have to do the lighter dance anymore! Just open the top, push the button, and light his cigarette. Easy as that. The dual arc lights the cigarette quickly and cleanly. I don't think it would light a thick cigar, but since he doesn't smoke those, it's not an issue.
The lighter comes with a USB charger to charge it. States it takes about 2 hours to fully charge. It lit as soon as I opened the package. When you plug it in to charge, a light will light up on the side of the lighter, showing it is charging.
I love the matte feel to this lighter, and I ordered it in black, since I got it for my brother. The size of the lighter is about the size of a regular refillable butane light, and will fit easily in his shirt pocket.
Do NOT stick your finger to the arc! It will burn you. I like that the lighter will not light while the lid is closed. This prevents accidental burns.
I think my brother will be happy with this lighter, and it will last him a long time. It does come with a 1-year warranty, if he should need it, though. I don't think he will.

I received this knife quickly after ordering. Upon arrival, I liked that the knife comes with a silicone sheath to store it in. This will keep me from cutting myself when I reach in the drawer. It will also keep the blade from getting knicked by other things in the drawer.
This ceramic knife is very sharp. I have been able to slice roast with it, veggies, too. Love it. It just goes right through whatever I need it to. I can make nice, even cuts, so that things look nice when I serve them.

Hori Hori Knife

I am an avid gardener, and I love playing in the dirt (OK, I never grew up!) One thing I cannot tolerate in my garden is weeds! I live in West Texas, and I SWEAR the weed roots grow to China to find water, and they are hell to pull out without breaking them, and then they come back with a vengeance!
I purchased this Hori Hori knife to help me fight the weeds in my garden. It is a good length for digging weed roots out whole. I like that there is a measuring tool on the side of the blade, so that if I am digging a hole to set a transplant in, I will know that I've dug the hole to the right depth.
The Blade is serrated on one side. This helps cut through thicker weeds when they are hard to pull. The blade comes down into a nice point, making it easy to break through hardened surfaces of dirt. The wood handle fits comfortably in my hand.
The blade is stainless steel. To keep it from rusting after use, clean it well with soap and water, and dry it well. You can also coat it with some cooking spray. I know that sounds funny, but I've found it keeps my tools from rusting. And the next time I use it, the dirt comes off easier.
Come next Spring, me and the Hori Hori are going to be making out in the dirt! LOL

My husband and I do a bit of flying when we go visit our grown children. We always worry about our debit and credit card information being stolen while we are traveling, because we hear about it happening all the time. When I saw a chance to review the Kollea RDIF card protectors, I thought these might be perfect to use when we travel to Hawaii next Spring.
The protectors arrived quickly. They are thin material, but you can tell by the feel of them that the material is not ordinary paper. There is a texture to it. In reading the description on these sleeves, it states that there is a metal composite in the sleeves that protects the cards inside from being read by a reader.
I like that the protectors are not very thick, because they don't take up much room in my husband's wallet, making it a lot thicker than usual, and being uncomfortable in his pocket. Our cards slide into the protectors easily. I feel like these sleeves will also keep my card strips from getting scratched and becoming unreadable.
Included in this set were 10 credit card/license sleeves and 2 passport sleeves. We don't have passports, so I haven't been able to try out the 2 passport sleeves, but hopefully soon, we will have a need for them!

We live in West Texas, where wind blows constantly. Trying to use a regular lighter when outside can be a huge challenge. The wind steadily blows out the flame, so you have to keep trying to turn and find a way to block the wind, so you can use the lighter.
With the fingerprint touch ignition lighter, the wind isn't a problem, because there is not flame to be blown out. You just hold your finger on the print slot and the electric wire will heat up and glow. Now, you can light a cigarette without worrying about fighting the wind. It heats up very quickly, and only takes a couple of seconds to light a cigarette.
Do NOT touch the glowing wire. It IS hot. It WILL burn you. When the lighter is not in use, the electric wire area is covered by the plate. Mantello Ultimate Multi-Purpose Butane Torch

There have been several times that he has had to borrow a torch from a friend to fix whatever he was working on. When I saw an opportunity to review the Mantello Butane Torch, I asked if he would like to try it, and he said "yes".
The torch arrived quickly. A butane tank is NOT included with this purchase, and needs to be purchased separately. The butane tank is easy to install in the torch, and there is a window on the side of the torch that shows you how much butane you still have left.
To use the torch, simply push the button, while you put a match or lighter in front of it to light the butane. Now you're ready to go. The torch can be used in the kitchen to brulee meringue (although I doubt I EVER get to try it out, hubby has already taken it to his workshop). My husband has said several times that he would like to buy a pressure washer, but just didn't want to spend that much on one, so when I saw an opportunity to review the Ivation pressure washer at a discount, I figured this was a good time for him to get a pressure washer.
The pressure washer arrived quickly and was boxed well. Included with the pressure washer were a spray wand and 5 Interchangeable High and Low Pressure Nozzles for use on different surfaces, with different pressure outputs.
The pressure washer required only minimal assembly upon receiving it. Hubs had it put together in about two minutes. Be sure to read the included instructions beforehand to make sure you put it together right. It does come with a 1-year warranty that I hope I don't have to use.
After assembling the washer, my husband took it outside, connected it to the water hose, let the water run through the hose for about 30 seconds to get out any air, then plugged in the pressure washer, and started washing his vehicle. We had just gotten back from a trip, and the grill and windshield were covered with dead bugs. The pressure washer took care of the mess very quickly. I will state here, do NOT put your hand in the way of the spray if you have it full blast. It WILL skin your hand. I won't tell you how I know this.
Then he cleaned the driveway. It took up a lot of the yuck off the drive. I didn't take the weeds out of the cracks like i thought it would, but that's ok. Next week, he is planning on power washing the RV. Can't wait to see how well that looks afterwards.

The set included a 3ml dropper for adding the oils to the bottles without spilling it, and included a set of stickers, so that the bottles could be labeled.
Snap in the roller-ball by gently placing the roller-ball in the bottle and then firmly tighten the cap until the roller-ball snaps in. Remove the roller-ball by applying pressure with the cap. Easy peasy.

I have an expensive set of nonstick pots and pans, and I threaten anybody that even thinks about touching them with anything that is not silicone, not even plastic, as it can scratch, too.
I was given a chance to review this set of kitchen utensils at a discounted price. The 6-piece set includes a serving spoon, a slotted spoon, a pasta server, a spatula, a slotted turner, and a ladle. The handles are bamboo, and the heads are 100% BPA-Free, FDA-APPROVED food-grade black silicone over stainless steel. The set is heat-resistant up to 480 degrees F. They are top-shelf dishwasher safe. I wash them by hand, as to preserve the Bamboo longer.
I have been using these utensils for about a week now, and really do like them. They don't have any rough edges that will scratch my pans. I like that the silicone is black, because this prevents the utensils from staining, like when I serve Spaghetti or Chili.
I can leave the utensil in the pot while I'm stirring something, and the bamboo handles don't get hot, like regular stainless steel handles do. I have even used the ladle making jelly, and it has been able to tolerate the high heat needed for jelly to set.
All in all, a very nice addition of utensils to my kitchen.

I am a Nurse, and on my feet for 12+ hour shifts. My legs and feet hurt so much when I get off. I have varicose veins from years of being on my feet. I have started developing edema in my ankles, so my doctor recommended compression socks.
I'm not going to lie. I ordered the Mubasel Gears compression socks because (1) I was given an opportunity to review them, and (2) loved the neon green socks with the red dots! How cool are they? !!
I was not expecting much, as I have purchased multiple pairs of compression socks, and have not like them for various reasons. Either they crawled, rolled down, stretched out of shape, were too thin to do much compression, etc. I was very pleasantly surprised with these compression socks.
The socks arrived quickly, nicely boxed. Even right out of the box, I could tell the quality was different. I washed them in cold water, in a laundry bag, on gentle, then laid them to air dry, before I wore them.
These socks are made differently than others I've had. The back of the calves is more of a mesh-type pattern. The ankles are more of a compression-type. After wearing them for a 12-hour shift, my legs still felt good, and my feet didn't hurt as bad. I really was surprised by this.
In comparison, I wore a different pair the next day, and my ankles were still noticeboard swollen when I got off work. Even my husband commented, and told me to throw the others away.
The socks fit perfect on my feet, but are a little long on my legs, or maybe I am pulling them up too much. I have to fold the top down about an inch. I am 5' 6", and ordered a size Large. Other than that, I have no complaints about these compression socks, and will be ordering more.
SFO BBQ Grilling Gloves

I love to bake, and go through cloth oven mitts like crazy. I don't like the cloth mitts, because if you spill something hot while wearing them, you get burned. After several washes in the washing machine, they start falling apart. Now I've discovered the SFO 100% pure, FDA-approved, BPA-free, food-grade silicone grilling gloves.
These things are awesome. No more burned hands if I spill a hot liquid. I do a lot of canning, and I can pick up filled hot jars with these gloves, where I couldn't with the cloth gloves. These gloves have a textured surface which helps your grip stay tight. You can pick up metal or glass dishes without fear. You can also use them for hot pads to protect your furniture.
These gloves can also be used while grilling outdoors. Them are safe up to a temperature of 425 degrees F. You can grab hold of the meat or larger veggies and flip them with these. And the gloves are one-size-fits-all, so hubby and I can both use them. They are a little big on me, so I just have to be extra careful when picking up hot dishes.
In the description, it states that the grilling gloves are dishwasher-safe. I toss mine in with a load of towels to clean them, then stand them over a slender bottle to dry them inside.
These gloves would really make a great gift for anybody.

Glass Chalk Bright Red and Black

My grandsons love glass chalk. They use it all the time at my house. I let them draw on the fridge, the washer and dryer, and the glass front and back screen doors. Glass chalk is awesome, and so easy to clean up afterwards. Just take a damp cloth to the surface, and the liquid chalk wipes right off, even after being there for days.
I ordered the Red and Black glass chalk to add it to their collection. I really like that these markers are fatter than most. They are easier to hold for my 3-year old grandson. His little hands draw better with them.
To use, simply push the sponge against the surface (not too hard, though), until the liquid chalk starts flowing, then paint away. Make sure to recap the markers when done with them. Make sure that the surface you are marking on is non-porous, to prevent staining.
The glass chalk is non-toxic, which makes me feel better letting my grandsons use them. If they should get some in their mouths, it won't hurt them.
I like to use these markers during football season to write Football Spirit messages on our vehicles. They could also be used to write messages on a newlywed couple's vehicle. The uses are endless.

The hydration pack slips over the shoulders, to be worn like a backpack, thus freeing the hands to stay on the handles of the bike. His girlfriend just reaches around with the tube and holds it while he gets a drink.
Before using the bladder for the first time, wash it well inside with a mild detergent, then rinse well, and you are ready to go. The bladder needs to be cleaned after every use, I leave this one open after cleaning and allow it to air dry inside.
The outer holding bag does have a place to put keys or small items, if you are wearing the hydration pack while hiking or doing other activities. This is handy. Keeps them secure, and don't have to worry about losing them.

He likes them! He attaches them to the back of his pickup (with a paperclip!) so that he could pull them around behind his truck. He played for about an hour, pulling these around, and taking them apart, then putting the figures back in another order. I have a 3-year old grandson that loves to pull toys around the house. When I saw the Magnetic Stick and Stack wheel bases with figures, I figured, "Why not?" So I purchased these for him. He likes them! He attaches them to the back of his pickup (with a paperclip!) so that he could pull them around behind his truck. He would try to count the figures with me, and he would tell me who the Momma's and the Daddy's were, and the others were babies.I like any toy that encourages a child's mind, and these did. He played for about an hour, pulling these around, and taking them apart, then putting the figures back in another order. We don't have any other magnetic toys, so I can't say how these would work with those toys, but for now, they are working just fine as is.

OMG! Last night was awesome. I have been waiting for my 3-year old grandson to come over, so that I could give him the High Bounce scooter. Well he came over last night, I showed it to him, and he told me "No!". I asked him if he wanted the scooter, and he told me no again. I asked if he wanted me to give it to his cousin, and he said yes. Awwww.... :(
Well, then his dad picked him up, and put him on the scooter, and started pushing him around in the dining room. He still didn't want anything to do with it. so we just left it there. A little bit later, we realized that my grandson wasn't in the living room any more, so we went looking for him. He was in the dining room, riding the scooter! He had decided he liked it after all! He rode it all over the house, through the kitchen, and chased the dogs with it. He made me smile just watching him have so much fun with the Max Glider scooter. He hasn't learned to lean to turn yet, so would just turn the scooter by hand, but that doesn't matter, he was loving it!
The scooter came disassembled, but only took my husband a couple of minutes to have it put together. The front bar is adjustable for different heights. Just push the button in and pull up or push down to adjust to the height the child needs. It is built with quality materials, and I think it will last for a while, and like that it will grow with him. The front wheels are larger than the back wheel, adding to the stability.
As they walked out the door, going home, with scooter in hand, he said "Thanks, Nana!", and flashed such a cute smile. My heart melted again.

My 8-year old grandson is fascinated with Owls, so when I saw a chance to review this cute Owl choker, I thought he may enjoy it as a gift to give to his Mom, so I ordered it. The choker arrived quickly.
The black PU leather (PU leather is a synthetic leather, or a split leather that has been coated with polyurethane) is not too thick, and not too. thin. It does feel a bit like it could break with too hard of a tug on it, but as I don't see that happening, this is a non-issue. If the choker becomes twisted, cover it with a damp cloth, and run an iron over it. This will straighten it back out. Don't iron over the charms.
The cute little Owl charms are made from metal alloy, and to me, feel a little on the cheap side. Again, not a problem.

My husband and sons love to play horseshoes when we go camping as a family. This has been something they have enjoyed for as long as I can remember.
The St. Pierre Horseshoe pair is a great addition to their set. I wish I had read the description better, as I thought that it was a set, which would have include TWO pair of horseshoes, but that was my mistake. Doesn't matter, though.

Portable Wireless Motion Activated Detector Sensing LED Light Bar

My staircase is very dark at night, and I have tripped several times, going to the restroom at night. At my age, a fall could be disastrous. But I don't like to turn the light on, as it wakes my hubby.
When I saw a chance to try the motion-activated LED strip light, I knew this could be the answer to my problem. When I get up and the light senses me moving, it will turn on, and I can see the stairs, without turning on the overhead light.
This strip light measures 7.8" x 1.1/4" x 1", but don't the the small size fool you. The 10 LED lights are bright when they light up! I placed the strip several steps from the top step, so that the brightness lit up the whole staircase, but just put out a nice low glow in the bedroom. This is plenty of light for me to go down stairs safely.
Then when I come back to the stairs to go up, the LED motion-sensor light comes on again, making my ascent safe, also. And I don't have to worry about turning it off, as it will turn itself off when I settle back on bed.
This motion light could be used in a child's room, a closet, a shed, or een a carport, wherever a little extra light is needed for a short time period.
The motion sensor light is rechargeable, and comes with a USB charger cord. I charged it for about 2 hours, and it's ready to go. To turn it on, you just flip the little switch on the end of the light.
I am really glad I purchased the portable wireless motion-activated light, for my own safety.

My kids were all raised playing softball, and every one of them started as a Tee-Baller. I miss those days. But now I have grandkids, and they are starting to reach the age to be able to play sports, and I plan on encouraging their parents to start with Tee-Ball.
I purchased the FLASHTEK Tee-Ball bat, so that they would have a bat that they can practice with at home. The bat arrived quickly, and was boxed well. This bat is very high quality. It is made of aluminum alloy, and is lightweight, just right for a beginner. The length is perfect for little arms. I like that the grip is wrapped to give them a better grip on the bat. They need that grip to get a good swing.
This bat is intended to be used with SOFTBALLS only. Hitting a regular baseball with it will damage the bat, and mess up its balance. Used right and taken care of, I expect this bat to last through several of my grandchildren.
My 3-year old grandson loves the FLASHTEK bat, even though it's pink. He keeps telling me, "Come in, Nana. I play!". As I smile back at him and say, "Let's go!", I am really happy I made this purchase.

Ok, I am a little Old School, so couldn't figure out how to connect the ACLUXS Bluetooth receiver up in my car so that I could answer my phone without disrupting my driving. I tossed this little thing to my son, and he said "Thanks, Mom!" What? What did I miss? So I chased after him, and asked how he was going to use the receiver. He climbed up in his big truck, hooked this into that, turned his phone on, connected his phone to this receiver, pulled up Pandora, and started playing music. Then he had me call him from my phone, so he could show me how he would be using it for phone calls. "Pretty cool!", I thought to myself, as he drove away with my jewel! How dare him!

I purchased the Furuida bangle bracelet for my son's girlfriend because she loves things like this. It is her style. I thought the bracelet was going to be cheaply made, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The quality of this cute bracelet is great. I love the different colors of leather and the textures of the different materials used in it. Makes it easy to mix and match with several outfits. The Angel wing bangle is so sweet, fits the person I bought it for perfectly.
The bracelet wraps around your wrist, which was odd to me, but not to her. It has 3 clasps so that the size is adjustable. It can be worn by a man or woman, but to me, it's more for a woman. My daughter-in-law is always griping at my son for shaving over the bathroom sink and getting whiskers everywhere, so when I saw an opportunity to review the Gideon Fogless Shower Mirror, I thought this might be a good solution for them both.
The mirror arrived quickly, and boxed nicely. This is a nice-sized mirror. I was pleasantly surprised. 7" across is a great size. You can see your whole face in it at once.
My son likes it in the shower, and so do his boys. They think it's just too cool. They soap up their little faces, and "shave just like Daddy".
The mirror was very easy to install. Just puck your location, make sure the surface is clean, press into place, and twist until it locks in place. Even with the boys constantly moving it around, they haven't managed to pull it off the tile yet.
My son says he has not had any problems with the mirror fogging up in the shower, and that he likes that he can move it around (360 degree rotation) so he can make sure his beard edges are even.
Maybe I should have kept this for me!

Where was this a few weeks ago when I had a flat?
The 4in 1 InnoLife hadheld wet/dry vacuum and air compressor in a nice addition to the trunk or storage area of any vehicle. When plugged into the cigarette lighter, it can inflate a low tire, a basketball, beach ball, ir bicycle tire, as well as check the amount of air in your tires, AND vacuum up those dog hairs or nasty messes made by the kids. It also has a great flashlight on it, if you happen to be stranded out in the dark, and need to see what you're working on.
The vacuum arrived quickly, boxed nicely, and ready to go. Included are the vacuum with attached cord, attachable hose, attachable pressure hose, and an assortment of parts, such as vacuuming tips, and tips to air up items. The only thing that wasn't included that I would have liked to see was a carrying bag to keep it all together with.
The compressor is noisy, but I expected that with something this size. I did not try to air up a completely flat tire, as that would have taken a while, and I didn't have a flat. It did blow up my grandson's baskeball easily. I vacuumed the carpet in the floorboards. It did a decent job for its size. If you want a deep clean, go to a detailer.
I am going to find a small carrying bag to put this all in, so I have it ready when I need it. Oh, and don't loo directly into the flashlight. It's bright. Won't say how I know this. lol

Bike Lock Cable Blusmart Security Lock Combination

My brother rides his bike everywhere. Unfortunately, he's had a couple of bikes stolen because he didn't have a good lock on them. Cheap locks are so easy to break off.
The Blusmart security lock is NOT cheaply made. This lock is solid and heavy. It has a 5-number combination lock that you can set, and reset, to keep it safe. Not like the 3-number locks that are easy to figure out.
The cable is made of twisted metal cable inside a plastic tubing. The tubing protects the bike from any scratches. It is 6ft long, giving you plenty of cable to lock around most anything. Now, I'm not saying that this cable couldn't be cut through by a thief. If a thief wants your bike, they are going to find a way, unfortunately. But for me, I really like this lock.
My brother uses the Blusmart cable and lock all the time since I gave it to him. He wraps the cable through the back tire, and then around whatever he is locking it to. Hopefully, no more stolen bikes.
The cable does comes with a mount that attaches to your bike to hold the lock when not in use. You will need a Philips head screwdriver to attach it, but it attaches quickly.

My daughter-in-law has an iPhone 6+, and goes through charging cords like candy. I don't know what she does to break them, but she does.
I ordered this Aimus Lightning cable for her, because I really like the sturdy look of it. After receiving it, I was not disappointed. The charging cord is better made than any she's had up until now. I like the thickness of it. I also like that it doesn't tangle up like the braided cords.
To use the cord, plug it into the USB adapter first, then into your phone. This cord has a copper center, allowing it to charge the phone faster. When you plug it in, the cord lights up! Too cool.
The Aimus charger cord comes with an 18-month warranty, so even if my daughter-in-law does break it, I can get it replaced.
