I love to bake, and go through cloth oven mitts like crazy. I don't like the cloth mitts, because if you spill something hot while wearing them, you get burned. After several washes in the washing machine, they start falling apart. Now I've discovered the SFO 100% pure, FDA-approved, BPA-free, food-grade silicone grilling gloves.
These things are awesome. No more burned hands if I spill a hot liquid. I do a lot of canning, and I can pick up filled hot jars with these gloves, where I couldn't with the cloth gloves. In the description, it states that the grilling gloves are dishwasher-safe. I toss mine in with a load of towels to clean them, then stand them over a slender bottle to dry them inside.
