Every kitchen needs good, sharp knives. Without them, everything becomes harder to do. You can't chop, slice, or cut without a sharp knife. The Aoske ceramic knife fills this need well.

I received this knife quickly after ordering. Upon arrival, I liked that the knife comes with a silicone sheath to store it in. This will keep me from cutting myself when I reach in the drawer. It will also keep the blade from getting knicked by other things in the drawer.

This ceramic knife is very sharp. I have been able to slice roast with it, veggies, too. Love it. It just goes right through whatever I need it to. I can make nice, even cuts, so that things look nice when I serve them.

The knife is dishwasher-safe, but I wash mine by hand, dry it well, and put it back in its storage sheath. I will comment here that you cannot use this knife on a wooden or glass cutting board. They will dull the blade, making the knife useless, as it can't be sharpened. I use strictly plastic cutting boards with my ceramic knives.
