My grandson is 6 weeks old, and I worry about him getting sunburned while riding in the car. When I was offered a chance to review these window shades, I thought about him. I'm glad I did. These sun shades are pretty awesome, and so easy to install.
The ISMARTSHIELD sun shades came in a set of 2, so both windows in the back of the car are covered, protecting him from the sun. They are breathable, so that my daughter can roll down the windows, and still have him protected, unlike all the shades that are just attaches to the windows with suction cups. To install, you simply slide the shades over the frame of the door. That's it! You can still see through the mesh to see what's around you, which I'm happy about.
The instructions were included, and very easy to follow. When you don't need the shades on your vehicle, they are easily removed. Just put them back in the bag for the next time. To clean these, I plan on putting them in a laundry bag, and washing them in the washing machine on gentle with cold water, then air drying them.
There was also a sticky mat included with the shades that can be stuck on my dash to hold my cell phone within reach. Nice touch.
I plan on ordering more sets of these for my other adult kids that have children. I think they will all be satisfied with them.
