KOPPU LED flashlight- 900 High Lumens Ultra Bright 5 Modes CREE XML T6 black Portable Outdoor Water Resistant Torch

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01IV4IIMS/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My husband is a Maintenance Technician and goes through flashlights at his job quite often. He works in tight, dark places,  and a good flashlight is a must for his safety, and to get able to do the job right.

Big, clunky flashlights are often too big too fit in the spaces he has to reach in, so when I saw the KOPPU CREE XML T6 LED flashlight offered for review,  it looked like it would be a good size for him to use at work. I was right!

This LED flashlight is small in stature, but that doesn't affect the amount of light it puts out. There are 5 settings for the light - bright, medium, dim, SOS, and strobe. Do NOT point the light in your eyes.  It is so bright, it will hurt your eyes. The SOS flash would be great in an emergency. I prefer the strobe light for walking after dark. I feel like I can be seen better than with a regular light, because it attracts more attention. The light is also zoomable, so that your light pattern can be small or large. Just pull the end of the flashlight out, or push it in to adjust the light pattern.

One drawback to this flashlight is that it does not take normal-sized batteries. It takes a 18650 battery (not included). I went to Interstate Batteries to get one. This battery is rechargeable,  but you also have to purchase the charger.

The description states that the KOPPU flashlight is waterproof.  I can't verify this, as I haven't had a chance to use it in the rain yet.  It also states that it comes with a Lifetime, No Questions Asked guarantee.  I hope I never need to return it.

The flashlight has a very sturdy feel in my hand, and my hand doesn't cramp up, like it does holding a big, heavy flashlight. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis,  and I'm all for comfort. This flashlight is going in my purse! Hubby is out of luck.

Electronic Soldering Iron Kit

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01HIX1W9E/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My husband is a tinkerer. He is always fixing this and building that. He has all sorts of gadgets that he uses for different things.

When I was offered a chance to review the electronic soldering iron kit, I figured this would be something he would enjoy working with, so I ordered it. The kit arrived in a very timely manner, and was packaged well.

As soon as it arrived, hubby had it out, playing with it. He had a motherboard that needed some soldering done, and he was able to get it done quickly. Then he took it out to his shop to continue playing. (I call it playing,  he calls it work.)

I asked him how the iron worked. He said it heated up within a couple of minutes. He was impressed that the soldering iron came with 5 different tips. I have no clue what the different ones are for, but he does. He wasn't impressed with the stand, said it could turn over easily, but stated he was going to mount it on a piece of woid, so this wouldn't be a problem.

The heat level is adjustable for different projects, and extra soldering wire was included.

Clementine Racerback Tank Tops For Women

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00NQEKLUG/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I live in West Texas, and it is HOT here in the summer, so I like wearing tank tops to stay cool. Even then, some days, it's next to impossible to stay cool unless your clothing is loose and breathable.

This Clementine Racer tank top fits the bill! I ordered it in an XL, as I like my clothing loose. I probably should have ordered a large for a bit snugger fit for wearing out in the public, but for around my place, this is juuuust right.

The material is thin and very comfortable,  almost like not wearing anything. Great with just a sports bra for working out. I can work out in my yard and stay cool because the material lets the air flow through.

I would recommend hand washing this shirt, or put it in a laundry bag on gentle,  then hang dry. The stitching does unravel, but I fix it, do no big deal. All in all, a very comfortable racer tank top.

HeyBeauty 12V Car Plug Mini Hair Straightener

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01ELFWX1I/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My daughter-in-law has thick, wavy hair, and she is always straightening it. My son hates waiting on her to straighten her hair before they go on trips, as it takes her about 30 minutes or more. When I saw the HeyBeauty 12V Car Plug Mini Hair Straightener, I knew this could be the solution for them both.

The straightener is not as big as a regular straightener, but then it shouldn't be, since it's portable.  It plugs into any car cigarette lighter plug, and heats up in about 60 seconds. The heat is adjustable,  but she uses it on high heat. I really like that the outside of the straightener doesn't get hot, so she can lay it on the console or dash while she's combing her hair.

When she first plugged the straightener in, it had an odd odor, but that quickly went away. The ceramic plates are easy to wipe off with a damp cloth, if you have anything in your hair.

It did take her a bit longer to straighten her hair with this, but since they were on the road for a bit, it was fine. The portability is so handy. This is small enough to fit in the glove box, or pack in a bag or purse.

All in all, she was very satisfied with the HeyBeauty 12V Car Plug Mini Hair Straightener.

Mini Bike Pump by RoadAir

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00XUNEGTK/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My grandsons come over to play basketball a lot, and I am forever having to ask the Hubby if he will dig out the air compressor to add a little bit of air to the balls. If he is at work, they have to wait until he gets home to air them up. With this mini bike pump, I don't have to wait on him, I can do it myself!

I love that this pump is compact, and that it includes an inflating needle for airing up balls, a Presta valve, and a tapered nozzle. These are all stored in a compartment inside the pump, so they are always handy.

I have not used the pump to air up any bike tires, so I can't say how well it does there, but it works great for airing up the basketballs and soccer balls for my grandsons. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands, and it was easy for me to use.

We will be packing this when we go camping, for airing bikes and balls!

Gideon™ Premium Orthopedic Seat Cushion

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01IFGTREK/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have had neck and lower lumbar surgery due to bulging disks. Sitting for any length of time can become painful for me. My back will hurt, as well as my legs. I am constantly readjusting myself in my chair at work, trying to find a position that is comfortable while I do my charting.

I purchased the Gideon memory foam cushion in the hopes that it would give me at least a little relief. Oh my, this cushion really IS comfortable.  The memory foam is just thick enough, about 3 inches, to give me the support I want, plus the comfort I need.

I like that there is a hollow center. I don't know why, but this adds to the comfort. I can see how a person that has had a pelvic injury, or some type of surgery kin that area would benefit from having this cushion. I am a Nurse, and very frequently have to help patients reposition  themselves in the chair, because there is no support in our chairs.

The bottom of the memory foam cushion is covered with a bumpy material, which keeps it from sliding around in the chair. All of the material on the cushion could easily be wiped with a damp cloth to clean it.

I am very happy that I got this cushion, and would recommend it to anybody that needs some extra,  comfortable support for their back, buttocks, etc.

Eliminator™ Electronic Fly and Bug Zapper

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01IW89FRK/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

We live in West Texas, and bugs (flying, stinging, biting, and jumping) are a part of life. Sometimes it's hard to go outside for even 10 minutes without being bit by something.  I really hate that my grand babies can't play outside in the evenings because of the bugs. I worry especially about the Zika virus, being spread by mosquitoes.

I was offered a chance to review the Eliminator electric bug and fly zapper, and I am glad I took the offer. The bug zapper has been a godsend lately.

My husband hangs the buglight from the by its attached chain, then runs an extension cord to it. Almost instantly, you here it start crackling as it's killing the bugs it attracts.

The violet lights attract a multitude of bugs, and NONE of them survive the electrified metal grid. At the end of the evening, I take the bottom tray off and empty all the dead bugs out.

We had been having a problem with fleas in our dog's room, so I put the zapper in there for a few days, and killed quite a few fleas. Hopefully, they are all gone now. The light didn't bother my Chihuahuas either.

The zapper can be easily mounted to a wall, but we chose not to, because we like the portability of it. If we go camping, we can take it with us. We can use it inside or outside (as long as the weather is dry).

I would recommend keeping the bug zapper out of the reach of small children. They may not like the shocking surprise.

GiraffeCam 3.0 Rigid - Flexible Endoscope Borescope Inspection Camera

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01J88PD10/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My son is a mechanic,  and always fussing about not being able to see things in small, dark areas of an engine. When I was offered a chance to review the GiraffeCam endoscope inspection camera, I thought this might be a helpful addition to his toolbox. I was right.

The inspection camera arrived quickly. The 6.5ft. cable is wrapped around a plastic spool for storing. A computer, laptop, or Android phone is needed to operate the camera. If you have a Droid (we have a Samsung 5), you will need to download the Camerafi app to use the camera.

The endoscope is a semi-rigid cable with a 2.0 megapixel camera on the end. There are 6 LED lights to help light up what you are trying to see. These lights can be dimmed with the dimmer switch on the cable near the USB plug.

The plug is a 2-in-1 USB/Micro Port. If you are using a computer or a laptop, just plug in the regular USB. If you are using a Droid, like we are, flip the USB down, and the micro USB pops out.

I tried the endoscope out before I gave it to my son. I tried to run it down my sink drain. It is so rigid, it would not bend to make the u-curve as I was pushing it through. With some manipulation,  this might happen, but I didn't want to break it. There was water in the sink drain, and it did not hurt the camera at all.

My son took it to work with him, and he and several of the guys tried it out on engines and really liked it. Since I got it for him to start with, then I'm satisfied. He did state that if he got too close to something, the picture would become blurry, but when he backed off, it cleared up.

Epicurean Necessities Ceramic Knife Set 7 pieces. 6"Chef, 5"Utility, 3"Paring w/Sheaths + Peeler

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01DVDPKK2/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

A kitchen is nothing without a good set of knives. You've got to have knives that you feel comfortable using, for cutting, slicing, chopping, dicing, etc., to prepare beautiful meals. The Epicurean Necessities Ceramic Knife set fits this bill.

I received my knives very quickly after ordering. They came boxed in a really nice, fitted box with a magnetic closure. This set could easily be wrapped and given as a gift. I don't plan on doing that. They have already found their way into my hands and my kitchen.

The set comes with 3 knives - a 6" Chef's knife, a 5" Utility knife, and a 3" Paring knife, plus safety sheaths to cover the blades, as well as a peeler. The ceramic blades are very sharp, as you'll see in one of my pictures, where I slipped and cut myself. These blades cannot be resharpened, but should maintain their sharpness for a long time with proper use and care.

I love all 3 knives, but the Paring knife is my favorite. I have used it multiple times already. It is great for preparing fruit. All the knives have a good grip, although they could be a bit more slip-resistant. The knives are not heavy at all, but lightweight.

I don't care for the peeler.  It is sharp, and could cut you easily. That isn't the issue. It doesn't peel as well as my other peeler. It peels smaller pieces and takes longer to get the job done. However,  this is just my opinion.  Others may love it.

You cannot cut through bones or frozen foods with these knives. You may chip the blade, ruining the knife. They are not serrated for cutting bread,  but will cut most anything else you want to cut.

The description states that these knives are dishwasher safe. I personally don't wash mine in the dishwasher.  I wash them by hand, dry them well, and replace the safety sheaths before putting them away.

All in all, these knives are a very nice set of knives, and priced well.

JoyiQi Handheld Floating stick for GoPro camera

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01G7BBZE0/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I am a certified scuba diver, and having a camera with you is a must! You see so many beautiful things when you dive. Unfortunately, I have learned the hard way that it sucks when you loose a camera while diving.

When I saw the JoyQi floating hand grip stick offered for review, I knew this would be a nice addition to my gear. After ordering, the grip arrived in a timely manner.

The grip stick is covered with a coated sponge, which helps it float. The grip is larger than other floats I've seen, making it more comfortable to hold. It is not as long as some self sticks when extended,  but I'm OK with that.  It also has an included wrist strap for attaching around your wrist so you don't loose it. I went one step further, and attached a retractable line to it, so that I as able to attach it to my BCD. That way, I don't have to hold it all the time, but it stays with me, regardless of whether I'm holding it or not.

The handle also has a small storage space in it. I take my car key and put it in here, then fill the compartment with water, for neutral bouyancy. This way, I can safely lock my vehicle,  and not worry about losing the key while on a dive.BCD pockets are notorious for loosing things if not secured right.

My only suggestion would be to paint the grip a brighter color. When diving in murky water, it is hard to see. Other than that, I am happy with my grip stick.

Rolbak Net Silver Basketball Return Net

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005H0STCE/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My grandsons, and the neighbors children, love to come to my house to play basketball. I'm the only house on the block that has a basketball goal. Unfortunately,  I live on a busy street, and I'm always going after balls that have missed the net. Since the boys are still small, I won't let them go get the balls if they go in the street.

The Rolbak net has saved me from chasing the ball multiple times already. When it is properly mounted, and the basketballs are thrown at least in the close vicinity of the goal, the turn net brings the ball back to them.

The net arrived in a timely manner, and well-boxed. We opened it, and checked to make sure all the parts were included. No tools were needed for assembly.

Now, as far as assembly went, putting the net on the frame was a bit of a challenge.  We had a hard time put the net hooks on the bars after they were assembled.  We just couldn't get the net to stretch far enough. So we ended up taking the frame apart, attaching the hooks, then putting the poles back together. After that, it was pretty easy to put the frame on the goal.

I went to the local hardware store and bought a small bag of play sand to fill the weight pockets. Once these were filled,  we spread the net tight, and the boys were ready to play! They had so much more fun since they didn't have to chase so many balls.

Dazadi Rolbak Net Platinum Basketball Return Net

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002GWWU80/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My 3 grandkids come over and play basketball at my house all the time. They are 7 and 8 years old, so their shots don't always go through the hoop, and we chase a lot of balls around the yard, or in the street before a car runs over them. I'm getting too old to keep chasing the missed shots!

The return net came boxed nicely, and arrived in a timely manner. We removed everything and checked against the instructions to make sure everything was there for assembly. The instructions are easy to follow. Even without them, I think it would have been easy to figure out how to assemble the net.

The only tool needed to put the net together is included. It only took hubby about 20 minutes to assemble the return net. We did need a ladder to be able to put the net up on the back of the goal. One person can do this, but was a whole lot easier with two.

The pins that attach the end pieces on the frame are smaller than the holes, but this isn't an issue. We just attached a rubber band to them and wrapped it around the frame so we didn't lose them.

After putting the net up, we attached the included weights, which weigh down the bottom of the net, and tightens it, so it stays in place, and the basketballs hit it and return to the shooter.

Once the Rolbak return net was up, the grandkids, and the neighbor's kids loved it. We still had to chase a few crazy shots, but all in all, we had a great time shooting hoops, using the return net.

Rose Gold iPhone 6 6s backup Battery Case

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G8THFEK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I Purchased this backup battery case for my daughter-in-law. Unfortunately, her phone is the iPhone 6 Plus, so I cannot give you a full review. I ended up giving the case to a friend at work.

The case came packaged nicely, and arrived very quickly. Upon opening the package, it was packaged well inside the box also.

To use, you just insert your phone firmly down into the charger case, then plug your regular charger cable into the battery pack. It will charge the phone and the battery pack. No instructions were include with the charger, but it is not hard to figure out.

My friend was very happy to get the battery pack, as she likes to play Pokemon, and she says her phone dies on here a lot, and this would extend her playing time.

DBPOWER White Noise Machine with 8 Sounds

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FF9L0CM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My grandson has always had insomnia. He will lay awake for hours, just staring at the ceiling. We have tried essential oils, melatonin, relaxation exercises, etc, to no avail, so when I saw a chance to review the White Noise Machine, I thought, "Why not?"

The White Noise Machine arrived nicely packaged, and could easily be given as a gift the way it is boxed. It was also well-packaged. It did require three AA batteries (not included) to operate. It does include an AC adapter for plugging in if you don't want to use batteries.

To operate, just pop off the battery cover on the bottom, insert the batteries, put the cover back on, and you are ready to listen to the sounds.

The noise machine plays 8 different sounds - Rain sounds, Bird sounds, Babbling Brook sounds, 2 Lullaies, Ocean sounds, and a Thunderstorm! My personal favorite is the thunderstorm. I love storms. You can set the timer for however long you want the sounds to play - 5, 15, 30 minutes or you can set a full night sleep timer. The sound machine also tells the time and date, which were easy to set. Some of the sounds seem to be a bit muffled.

I do feel like the volume is too loud for me personally. I placed a handtowel over it, and that helped. My grandson really likes it. So far, it doesn't help with his sleep, but I didn't really expect it to, as we've tried so many other things, but he likes listening to it, and he seems to be relaxed, so that is a plus.

I would like to be able to dim the lights on the clock, also. I can't sleep with bright LED lights in the room. This, too, can be covered with something to cut out the light.

All in all, we like the noise machine. It needs a few improvements, but as long as my grandson enjoys listening to it, I'm happy.

ZMG 2 in 1 Universal Bike/Motorcycle Handlebar Phone/GPS/Flashlight Mount

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01IVOAS1W/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My brother rides his bicycle everywhere, day ad night. He has broken several phones because he either was trying to hold the phone in his hand and hold the handlebars, or the cheap phone holders he purchased would break when he hit much of a bump.

I purchased the ZMG phone/flashlight holder for him because it looked sturdy in the pictures. I was not let down when I received it.

The holder is made of heavy-duty plastic, and looks like it will stand up to a beating. The phone mount is lined with silicone to keep the phone from slipping, as well as protecting the phone from scratches. The flashlight mount is lined the same way.

The description states that this holder will hold any smartphone. I can't verify that, bit it holds my brother's Samsung S5 well, even with the extra battery case on the phone. The flashlight mount will hold a small to medium-sized flashlight.  We used a small tactical flashlight and it fit nicely. Both holders can be screwed or unscrewed to fit the particular item snuggly.

The installation of the ZMG holder on the handlebar was easy. Just unscrew the clamp, place it where you want it on the handlebar and screw it down snuggly. Even this part is lined with silicone to keep from scratching the bike.

Oce the mount is in place, you can rotate it around to get the best view of your phone. Both the phone and flashlight holders can be slightly adjusted.

I really like that this mount holds a flashlight because I feel like it adds more safety when my brother rides at night.

I think Pokémon players that ride would really like this mount!

MIUCOLOR® Compact Lightweight Beach Blanket - 7' x 7'

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01IEWOZ6K/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My daughter and son-in-law were just transferred to Hawaii, and have been loving the beaches. However,  washing the sand out of the blankets afterwards is a pain. I ordered the MIUCOLOR beach blanket for their excursions.

This blanket is awesome!  It measures 7ft x 7ft. That didn't seem like much, until I opened it! This blanket is going to be great at the beach. It is big enough to spread the diving gear out on when setting up to dive. We usually have to use a tarp to have something big enough.

The fact that the blanket is made of parachute material and is water-resistant is nice, as everything will be wet after a dive, and not having to carry wet blankets home will be great. If it does get dirty, it can be handwashed, or washed on delicate in the washer. Hang it to dry afterwards, and it's good to go the next time.

The blanket has built-in pockets on each corner that you can put sand in to hold the blanket in place, or you can use tent stakes, as there are loops on each corner for this also.

When you are done for the day, roll the blanket up and stuff it in the attached pocket,  which measures about 8" x 5" when stuffed. Pull the drawstring shut and you're done.

I can see this blanket being taken on many of their trips around the islands. If anything happens to it, there is a 6-month warranty, and can easily be returned for replacement.

1pc Silicone Baby Food Feeder Pacifier

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IRK8N08/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have a 5-month old grandson that is just starting to enjoy baby foods, but it won't be long before he moves on to table foods. I always started my children with soft mashed vegetables and non-acidic fruits. Mashing these by hand, and then trying to feed them to a squiggly, squirming toddler is no easy job. Most of the food is lost to their clothing, especially because they want to hold the food and feed themselves.

With this silicone feeder pacifier, they can feed themselves. I can still prepare the fruits and veggies as before, then just load them inside the pacifier, and let them have their autonomy while feeding themselves. Is it messy still? Yes, at first, until they figure it out.

All they have to do to get the food out of the pacifier is to chew or gum on it, and the food becomes mushy enough to pass through the holes. Not a lot of work for them, but much more enjoyable. I like to put the fruit in the freezer to slightly freeze before loading in the pacifier, if they are teething. This soothes their little gums, while satisfying their hunger.

The pacifier is easy to take apart and clean. I just load the pieces in the silverware holder in the dishwasher. It's ready for it's next use. The pacifier can be used for almost any age toddler, as long as they are able to hold it, and can sit up properly, to prevent choking.

Secure Home by Jessa Leona Dual Height Step Stool for Kids

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01G4W06OC/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My grandsons stay at my house often, and my house is not made for Littles. Everything is hard for them to reach. Sometime, I have been known to flip large pots upside-down for them to stand on to reach things. I knew I needed something more sturdy and less slippery for them to stand on, so when I saw the dual height step stool for review, I wanted it for my grandsons.

The step stool arrived in a timely manner, nicely boxed. Upon opening it, I was impressed, because I really did expect it to be flimsy and a waste of my time and money. Neither turned out to be true.

The step stool is sturdy. My son weighs 165 lbs, and can stand on it safely. The non-slip grips on the bottom keep the stool in place, whether it be in front of the toilet for my potty-training grandson, or in front of the sink for them all to wash their hands for dinner. The youngest one stands on the top step to reach the sink, and the others stand on the bottom step. The non-slip surface on the steps makes me feel better for their safety while using the step stool.

The step stool is easy to clean, I just wipe it down with antibacterial wipes, and it's good to go. We can easily pick it up and move it from room to room. Actually, the 3-year old drags it around all over the house already, and the two older ones like to jump off it. Boys for you!

I like that the step stool can be used for years to come, as the boys grow up. I still have two grandsons that are too little to use it, but it will be here when they get big enough.

Secure Home by Jessa Leona Potty Training Seat For Boys and Girls

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01CMT81NE/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My grandson is starting to potty train,  but he is scared of the toilet. He thinks he's going to fall in. I've even tried helping him sit backwards on the toilet to see if that would help, but he still doesn't like the toilet. I purchased this potty training seat to see if he would like sitting on it better.

The potty training seat fits on most any toilet, it states. It sits well on my toilet,  and the anti-skid underside keeps it from sliding around, and making my grandson feel like he's falling. I like that it has a pee guard on it, but wish it came up a bit higher. The smooth, curved surface fits his little backside nicely.

The potty seat is easy to clean. I just wipe it with disinfecting wipes, then hang it up behind the door by its storage hook, so that it's out of the way until the next use.

So far, we're still struggling with potty training,  but he much prefers sitting on the potty training seat than the regular toilet seat, and he sits longer without fussing. We will keep pushing forward!  lol

Indoor Kitchen Stainless Steel Compost Bin

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01AHK5E30/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I am an avid gardener, and I refuse to use chemicals to fertilize my garden. I use compost for the best effects on my plants.

I usually have a bowl sitting beside my sink that I put my compostable kitchen scraps in. I keep this covered with an inverted plate. I carry it out to the garden every evening, or it smells, and I get little gnats flying all over the place. Not the prettiest system, but it was all I had.

Now I have this neat stainless steel compost bin! It is so much nicer sitting by my sink. The lid seals nicely, cutting out any odors. There is an odor-absorbing dual activated carbon filter in the lid that soaks up any smell. The bucket is stainless steel and easily cleaned with warm water and soap.

I may try to find some biodegradable bags to fit inside. This way, I can just bury them in the garden and the whole thing will compost in without me having to handle the scraps in any way. I usually take them out and spread them by hand under my plants. My hands smell really bad after doing this.

This compost bin has been one of the best gifts I've given myself in a while. Now to figure out where to purchase extra filters, as these state they only last y months.

DenadaDenada Cooking Utensils Gift Set - 4 Silicone Kitchen Tools

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00KLH8DV0/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My son lives in an RV, and there just isn't much storage room in there. The drawers are too short for regular cooking utensils.

When I read the description in the DenadaDenada cooking utensils,  I figured these might be just the right size for his RV. The set fits great in the drawers.

This set includes a green spoon, a yellow brush, a red spatula,  and a multicolored whisk. They are made from 100% BPA-FREE heavy duty silicone, and come with a lifetime guarantee. They resist holding odors, and colors from foods. I like the fact that they won't scratch his pots and pans. They are dishwasher safe, but since he doesn't have a dishwasher,  he washes them with hot water and soap.

The utensils have performed well, standing up to scrambled eggs, pancakes, and stirring juices. I expect they will stand up to his favorite foods of spagh6and hamburgers,  also.

Nature Creation Eye Mask - Lavender Eye Pillow

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01A7HTV32/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I am an insomniac, which is really hard on me, as I am a Nurse, and work 12-hour shifts. I have tried Melatonin, Benadryl, Xanax, and even essential oils, trying to find a way to get a decent night's sleep, without being groggy the next day. When I saw the Nature Creation Lavender eye mask, I figured it was worth a shot.

The mask is made with a very soft cloth,  with dolphins on it. I love dolphins! Inside, the mask is stuffed with Lavender flowers and flax seed. When you first smell it, the fragrance is pretty strong. I was afraid this would really bother me, as a lot of fragrances do. Surprisingly,  it diesn't seem to bother me at all.

Once I placed the mask on, it felt a bit heavy over my eyes.  I wondered if this would be a problem, but it wasn't.  I've actually slept well the last few nights while wearing the lavender/flax mask. The mask isn't too loose or too tight, and stays in place all night.

I have a grandson that has severe migraines. I'm going to have him try the mask and see if it helps calm his migraines. I think if it were chilled, and then he put the mask on, it should make a difference, especially since it blocks out all the light. If that doesn't work,  I'm going to heat it in the microwave for no longer than 10 seconds to intensify the fragrance to see if that will help.

I am glad I got the Nature Creation mask. I do recommend it.

SerenityRug Revolutionary Anti-Fatigue Rug & Comfort Mat

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01IFSJG30/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands and feet. When I stand for long periods of time, my feet hurt soooo bad. I hate to wear shoes in the house, so my poor bones are on the hard floor.

When I saw the SerenityRug anti-fatigue rug offered for review, I thought this might be what I need to get a little relief while working in the kitchen. I ordered it,and received it in a timely manner.

When I removed the rug from it's packaging, I noticed one edge was frayed, as if it were cut wrong. The pieces of faux grass have begun to fall out quite a bit from this area. I probably should return it, but I'm going to keep it.

While I am upset that the rug is fraying, it IS comfortable to stand on. The cushioning it gives my feet allows me to finish my tasks in the kitchen. The rug is not extra thick, but is thick enough. The faux grass feels good on my bare feet. It's actually kind of relaxing to just rub my feet on it.

The nonstick backing keeps the rug from sliding around when I walk on it, making it less of a fall hazard. To clean the rug, just take it outside and spray it down with a hose.

Now, my BIGGEST problem with this rug is that my 3-year old grandson doesn't think it belongs in the kitchen, but under his play table, so he keeps dragging it into the dining room, and I have to go get it back when he's not there!

Clementine Racerback Tank Top For Women

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00NQEKEE4/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I live in West Texas, and we only have 3 temperatures here - hot, hotter, and Hotter than Hell! Trying to find loose clothing to stay cool in can be next to impossible. Everything is made to be form-fitting and clingy, which makes me sweaty and uncomfortable.

I like racer back tanks - (1) because they are cool,  and (2) because they are cute and can be worn with most anything. You can layer them for different outfits, you can wear them under other shirts, you can wear them alone.

I ordered the Clementine Racerback tank top because I liked the look of it. When I received it, and wore it, I was glad I had ordered it. This racerback is comfortable.  The material is thin, allowing air in, it is a bit stretchy, the sides are curving to help flatter your figure, but the front isn't tight on your belly.

I ordered this in an XL, but probably could have gotten a large. I like my clothes loose-fitting,  so I am fine with it. I usually wear another tank under it, but sometimes I just wear it with a cute-colored bra. I ordered Heather White, but will say it is a light gray.

The tank is thin, so I put it in a laundry bag and wash in cool water. I hang my clothes to dry, so can't tell you how it handles being dried. I would suggest a low heat if you do dry it.

I will be ordering more of these Clementine racerback tanks in different colors.

Cpsports Scuba Diving Snorkeling Freediving Mask Snorkel Set for Adult

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01D64PX80/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I am a certified diver, and have been diving for a while. Good equipment is a must for diving. I ordered the CBSports mask and snorkel set for my son's girlfriend, so that she can learn to dive with us. I tried them out before giving to her.

The mask and snorkel are good quality for snorkeling. I'm not sure that I would recommend them for deep diving, as I couldn't get a great seal around my face. The double feathered skirting seems to be a bit thin. As this mask doesn't have a built-in one-way expulsion valve, this could be a problem. I did like the closed-top snorkel while snorkeling. It kept the water out of my mouth when I went under. The mask has a clip to hold the snorkel in place.  You can remove this clip if you are not using the snorkel.

The tempered glass lens does fog up, if you don't treat it beforehand with anti-fog, or toothpaste, but this is true of all masks. The swivel buckles on the side are pretty sturdy, and easily adjustable to fit any head.

The mask and snorkel come with a bag to keep them in, but personally, I would recommend buying a case to keep the mask in to prevent scratches to the lenses.

Another personal recommendation would be to buy a strap cover to cover the back strap. Back straps are notorious for pulling wet hair. There is nothing wrong with this backstrap. They all pull hair.

All in all, I think this mask and snorkel are going to be good for my son's girlfriend to start her diving experience with.

OMG Baby Boom Bandana Burpy Bibs (4 pack)

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01D1PLALS/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have 2 brand new grandsons, and both if them drool when feeding. Their outfits get soaked, and they have to be changed multiple times a day. The laundry steadily builds up with their little clothes.

I purchased the Omg BabyBoom 4-pack bandana burpy baby bibs to help with catching the drool and saving the outfits. They arrived in a timely manner, and I was glad to get them.

These bandana bibs are so cute!! They are advertised as unisex, but to me, they are more on the boyish side, which is what I wanted. The patterns can be worn with just about any outfit and look great.

The bibs are really soft, too. I was nicely surprised by this.  I don't worry about them scratching my grandsons with rough edges. The stitching around the edges is well-done. The top layer is 100% cotton, and the back is polyester. Having 2 snaps makes the bibs easily adjustable as the boys grow, and prevent them from accidentally pulling the bibs off.

I have found that these bandana bibs are VERY absorbent. I'm really happy about this. It has cut down on how many times a day the babies have to be changed. After they get soiled, just wash them in the washer, and lay flat to dry, and they are ready to go again.

Rolbak Basketball Guard Net 30 Foot

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000F5TOFC/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have three grandsons,  ages 3, 7, and 8, that like to play in the front yard at my house. Our basketball goal is inground on the side of the driveway, and we live on a busy street. I am forever having to retrieve the ball from street. I'm afraid that one of these times, I'm not going to be watching, and the 3-year old is going to go after the ball and get hit by a car.

I saw an opportunity to review the 20ft.  Rolbak Basketball Guard net, and thought this could be the perfect solution to my problem, for the safety of my grandsons, and to save me from running after the ball all the time. I'm getting too old to keep chasing the balls.

The guard net arrived quickly and was well-packaged. We laid it out to make sure all the parts were there. After reading the inclosed, easy-to-follow instructions, we needed a screwdriver (not included) to assemble everything.

Once the posts were put together, they slid into the sleeve on the net. I suggest you figure out where you are going to put the net up at BEFORE doing this.

When you are ready to set the net up, take a hammer and hammer the stakes into the ground (if your ground is soft, you may be able to push the stakes in by hand). Stand the net up, place the poles on the stakes, thread the ropes through the grommets, and the net is ready to use.

The Rolbak net is 30ft. long and 5ft. high, and it has caught lots of runaway balls, and saved my legs some miles. I enjoy playing with my grandkids so much more now. My 3-year old grandson likes to play kickball with the net. I'm sure this net could be used for soccer, kickball, football, or other games, as well as basketball.

Once taken apart, the net comes with a carry-all, for easy transport or for putting away for the winter. This net will be going with us on vacation. I'm glad I purchased the Rolbak net.

KINGA Anion Ceramic Hair Straightener

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01AXVBIKG/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I don't have thick hair, but as I become older, it is beginning to get some kinky curliness to it that I don't like. I've always had straight hair. This frustrated me when so try to style my hair, and these kinky curls just stick out everywhere.

I purchased the KINGA ceramic hair straightener in hopes that it would help me tame this mess. So far, I am happy with my purchase.

The hair straightener barrel is more of a triangle  shape,  and like a comb, instead of slick.  This helps grab my hair and hold it better while it straightens the kinks. The soft, silicone head keeps it from burning my hair or my scalp. I can also use it to a bit of a wave to the bottom of my hair, if I want to.

The ceramic straightener has six temperature settings, so you can choose the amount of heat that is best for your hair style. If heats up in about 60 seconds.  The cord at the end rotates 360 degrees, to prevent the cord raveling up with use. It will also turn itself off after 20 minutes, to prevent fires.

Niw, my question is...how do I keep my daughter-in-law from snitching this for her hair??

Rolbak Basketball Guard Net 20 Foot

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000A7SAAU/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have three grandsons,  ages 3, 7, and 8, that like to play basketball at my house. We live on a busy street, and I am forever having to go retrieve the ball out of the street. I'm always afraid that one of these times, the 3-year old is going to go after the ball himself and get hit by a car.

When I saw an opportunity to review the 20ft.  Rolbak Basketball Guard net, I knew I needed this for the safety of my grandsons, and to save me from running after the ball all the time. At 50 something, my legs get tired after several trips!

The guard net arrived in a very timely manner, and well-packaged. We opened it and laid it out to make sure all the parts were there. Then we read the inclosed, easy-to-follow instructions. We only needed a screwdriver (not included) to assemble to posts.

Once the 3 posts were assembled with the inclosed screws, we slid them into the sleeve on the net. I suggest you figure out where you are going to put the net up at BEFORE doing this. We did it in the living room, and then had to take it back apart to go outside.

When you are ready to set the net up, take a hammer or soft mallet, and hammer the stakes into the ground (if your ground is soft, you may be able to push the stakes in by hand). Stand the net up, place the poles on the stakes, thread the ropes through the grommets, and the net is ready to use.

The Rolbak net is 20ft. long and 5ft. high, and it has caught lots of runaway balls, and saved my legs some miles. This makes my playtime with my grandsons much more enjoyable. My 3-year old grandson likes to kick a kickball into the net, because it comes back at him..
I'm sure this net could be used for soccer, kickball, football, or other games, as well as basketball.

Once disassembled, the net comes with a dufflebag, making it easy to transport or put away for the winter. I think we'll take the net with us when we go camping, so that we can set up a play parameter. I'm glad I got the Rolbak net for my grandsons.

ama-sports Baby Hair Brush

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01E5A2T72/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have a brand new grandson, and he was born with a head full of hair.  I just love to rub his soft baby hair. Baby hair tangles so easily, and you don't want to pull or break their hair using a regular brush or comb.

This baby hairbrush is awesome. The bristles are made from goat hair, and are very soft, and so gentle to his head. Even sleepy head tangles brush out easily. He really acts like he likes to have his hair brushed.

The brush is made of beechwood,  which is a sustainable resource. I know this is important to lots of people.  I love the little Frog prints on the back of the brush, especially as my daughter loves Frogs!

The quality of this brush is really good, and I truly think it will last through several children.

Galaxy S7 Case, Buffway

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01F59CSQE/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My son is a Maintenance Technician,  and his phone is a very important part of his job.  He has to be able to answer calls and he needs a phone with a good case, to stand up to the abuse he puts it through.

The Galaxy S7 Buffway Dual Layer With Shock ProofTPU and Textured Pattern Grip Cover case fits this need. It's thick enough for the phone to take a banging, but thin enough to fit in his pocket.

The chrome buttons, built into the case, are all in the right place, so he has no problem hitting them as he needs to. All the openings are right where they should be, such as the charging port.  The texture on the case makes it easier for my son to hold the Buffway case in his big hands.

The case is flexible, making it really easy to put on his pjone, or take off, if he wanted to. I don't think he'll be taking it off, though!
