I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands and feet. When I stand for long periods of time, my feet hurt soooo bad. I hate to wear shoes in the house, so my poor bones are on the hard floor.

When I saw the SerenityRug anti-fatigue rug offered for review, I thought this might be what I need to get a little relief while working in the kitchen. I ordered it,and received it in a timely manner.

When I removed the rug from it's packaging, I noticed one edge was frayed, as if it were cut wrong. The pieces of faux grass have begun to fall out quite a bit from this area. I probably should return it, but I'm going to keep it.

While I am upset that the rug is fraying, it IS comfortable to stand on. The cushioning it gives my feet allows me to finish my tasks in the kitchen. The rug is not extra thick, but is thick enough. The faux grass feels good on my bare feet. It's actually kind of relaxing to just rub my feet on it.

The nonstick backing keeps the rug from sliding around when I walk on it, making it less of a fall hazard. To clean the rug, just take it outside and spray it down with a hose.

Now, my BIGGEST problem with this rug is that my 3-year old grandson doesn't think it belongs in the kitchen, but under his play table, so he keeps dragging it into the dining room, and I have to go get it back when he's not there!
