Kitchen + Home Serrated Knife 8" Surgical Stainless Steel Carving Blade

Have you ever tried to cut a fresh loaf of bread with a regular kitchen knife? You can't. It just squishes the bread. Have you ever tried carving a roast turkey with a regular knife? Forget about clean, even cuts. They're not happening. With this serrated knife,  you can do both easily, and serve a great looking turkey sandwich!

This serrated knife arrived very quickly, and was sharp right out of the box. The stainless steel blade is flexible, but strong, just like it should be. It would make a great gift if you know someone that cooks a lot.

I would suggest not using this knife on a plastic cutting board,  like I did. It cut my cutting board! But it did a wonderful just on the turkey breast I had cooked.

I saw in other reviews that you could use the tip of the knife to pick up slices of meat. Well, I guess I'm just not coordinated, because I couldn't do this.

The handle grip is a little bit textured, and makes for easier grasping when your hands are wet. The knife is not heavy, either. All in all, just a really nice serrated knife to add to my kitchen.
